Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in HR Shared Services Operations on full spectrum of Recruitment activities.
  • Assist to pre-screen resume and co-ordinate/arrange virtual or face-to-face interview.
  • Assist to respond to queries related to Recruitment via email /Whatsapp/telephone calls.
  • Liaise with successful candidates and relevant parties on pre-employment arrangement. (e.g. Collection of personal documents, arrangement of pre-employment medical examination, application of airport pass and airside safety course etc.)
  • Assist with the preparation of Letter of Appointment, Training Bond, Medical exclusion.
  • Facilitate contract signing and brief new hires on the onboarding programme ie 1st day reporting etc.
  • Ensure Recruitment tracker (Database) is updated in timely manner.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Liaise with hiring manager and/or recruitment agents on the onboarding of new hires and ensure proper and updated documentation of employees’ information in p-file.
  • Other adhoc assignment given by Reporting Officer.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, willing to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT and Excel
  • Ability to work independently
