Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Order Fulfilment Specialist to provide world class excellence service to our customer. This is a specialist position and is a critical team member to ensure on time parts availability through order processing, administration and management of material orders.

The position will be located at our customer's facility in Singapore to create proximity to our customer.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Order management and administration for all aspects of the material order handling process.
  • Understand customer requirements and transform into fulfilment actions.
  • Initiating withdrawal process from Airbus' global warehouses.
  • Develop alternative solutions and make decisions to ensure in-time material delivery to meet customer requirement.
  • Launch and coordinate sourcing process for parts not on stock.
  • Ensure in-time delivery for all spare parts and related services to all Airbus customers’ worldwide using available technical and commercial data.
  • Be the focal point for the customer for material order related actions.
  • Inform relevant stakeholders proactively on order status, especially for delays or critical parts.
  • Hand over relevant tasks and related information to the 24/7 backup organization.
