For more than 15 years, LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics, as you know and love today, has been creating fresh handmade cosmetics for customers all over the world. LUSH is still a campaigning company, still proud to swim against the tide and support groups and causes we truly believe in. We are still fighting against animal testing and are working on preservative-free cosmetics.
Lush Singapore opened our first store at Wisma Atria in December 2011. We have been expanding the business ever since, and currently have 5 different stores on the island (Wisma Atria, Orchard Gateway, Raffles City, Suntec City & Vivo City)

As a brand, which does not pay to advertise, we rely heavily on strategies and data analysis to
actively engage users. This role is consequently a critical part of our Ecommerce team with strong liaisons with Brand and PR teams.
You will be overseeing customer care and digital fulfilment for sale orders on our various digital platforms, and at the same time create a strong digital presence to promote better awareness of our brand values.
Your day to day activities will mainly be focused on the followings:
- Management of all LUSH Singapore’s eCommerce systems and platforms (Lush.sg, Zalora, Shopee and more)
- Ensure timely order fulfillment of sale orders for our website (May require you to travel to store to facilitate)
- Prompt customer care for all eCommerce platforms and channels
- Agile and responsive approach towards developing and maintaining 5-star customer experience and customer care, keeping in line with brand values and policies
- Launching and updating product pages on the website and other ecommerce platforms
- Drive and forecast sales accounting for trends and sales targets for online orders
- Brainstorm content strategy and ensuring up to date quality content on our eCommerce platforms.
- Leverage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc) to increase awareness and increase sale for our website
- Explore and propose new digital initiative to build the brand’s digital presence
- Support strategy and execution of Digital and Brand communications using digital means
- Coordinate and work closely with internal and external parties to ensure successful implementation of online marketing campaigns.
- Improve sales, traffic, and conversion by analysing sales data, trends and Google analytics and create innovative solutions in line with our brand strategy
- Being passionate about the digital world and keeping up with the latest digital trends
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing or eCommerce environment
- Strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing applications, with hands on experience with web design, eCommerce operation and Google Analytics are advantageous.
- Good computer skills with proficiency in design software such as Adobe illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PremiumPro or other visual design tools would be a bonus
- Excellent organisation skills, able to prioritise, plan and deliver on time.
- Ability to multi-task and work with tight timeline.
