Responsibilities:

• Mise en place for baking.
• Production of pastry and desserts.
• Advice Front of House on food allergies and intolerances.
• Be familiar with ingredients used, and seasonality of ingredients.
• Ensure sufficient inventory and proper storage of ingredients and packaging.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and kitchen.
• Complete any ad hoc tasks assigned.
• Assist head chef and in R&D on menu.

Prerequisites:

• At least 2 years experience in French pastry production.
• A self-starter who takes pride in your work.
• Able to work independently and reliable
• Observant and pay attention to details.
• Excellent personal hygiene and food safety.
• Good team player and team spirit.
• Keen on learning new skills, tasks and willing to take on challenges.
• Passion in food and customer satisfaction.
• Good command in English, speaks with confidence.

Staff meals and uniforms provided.

Willing to work both weekends and public holidays.
