Job Description

Our outstanding customers and teams are looking for you, our talent. As Intern Human Resources and administration, you would join our team after a coaching and development with our Senior Managers. You would interact with our colleagues from the product team, marketing team, sales team, development team as well as getting in touch with candidates and external vendors. Our senior team will guide you and advise you on your journey. 

What we are aiming for is to enhance highly our client’s organizational performance with our regional and global platforms. You with your outstanding skills and capabilities will be part of that.

  • Support in looking for new talents
  • Assisting our team in on-boarding new team members
  • Maintaining teams and their activities  
  • Assisting in administrative tasks
  • Suggestion on how to retain talents
  • Assisting in developing development plans for our talents
  • Supporting in other HR related matters 
  • Collaborating and coordinating with different teams
  • Liaise as and when required with external vendors
  • Help in achieving team satisfaction
  • Joining the team during events

Requirements

Ideally you should aim for a Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Administration, or Business Management or Business Administration. You should be aware of current & emerging trends, and industry best practices. Speaking English and Mandarin is an advantage. If you are able to work in a powerful way with the full suite of Microsoft Office 365, incl. Microsoft Powerpoint, is a helpful plus.
