Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of electrical and power components such as alternators, generators, and electrical systems to identify technical issues or defects.
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on electrical and power systems to ensure optimal performance and product safety.
  • Disassemble, inspect, repair, and assemble electrical components in accordance with Technical Documentation (e.g., Component Maintenance Manual, Service Bulletin)
  • Conduct testing of electrical equipment and post-maintenance inspection, ensure the components meet quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, inspections, and parts used for compliance and tracking purposes.
  • Adhere to Quality Management System (e.g., Airworthiness Part 145 requirement)
  • Follow all Health, Safety and Environment protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work closely with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues and improve maintenance procedures.
  • Stay updated with component advancements and technical documentation, participate in training and certification programs.
  • Involve in continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Sigma to achieve operational excellence.

 

Requirements: 

  • NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Aerospace related courses)
  • Experience in MRO services, preferably in aviation or aerospace.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and power systems and components.
  • Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow procedures precisely.
