Job Overview
As part of the Events Sales team, the Event Sales Coordinator is tasked to assist the managers to work towards closing deals and ensuring that each event run smoothly. The main role of the Coordinator is to oversee day to day administrative work for the department and to provide the first form of contact for each client during the enquiry stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the event sales team
- Handle guests enquiries on event space
- Assist with presentation material
- Prepare wedding packages, proposal and/or contracts
- Communicate requirements and/or changes with relevant parties
- Work cohesively with other departments
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Prepare Event Orders
Talent Profile
- Min 2 years working experience in similar field
- Excellent communications skills
- Basic Computer Literacy skills
- Process good organizational and interpersonal skills
