This is an exciting opportunity as we look for an exceptional intern to join our small, humble and driven team for the launch of a beauty brand in 2019 (currently in stealth mode more will be revealed on application).

This role is for someone who is looking to build their skills towards design, branding  and social media marketing.

Skills

Passion in photography, videography, photoshop and or lightroom,  post-processing, social media with an interest in fashion, beauty and lifestyle are all ideal.  If you have the above experience we would love to hear from you. 

Suitability

We are not particular about paper qualifications as long as you can show us your hunger,  passion or experience in any of the following: media/communication, design, art, advertising, PR, marketing, creative direction,  entrepreneurship, communications, and social media ** Someone who has an eye for good design will already have a foot in the door.  

You must be also able to commit for at least 5 months. if you are unable to commit 5 weekdays that please indicate the schedule you are comfortable with.

Core responsibilities

• Supporting the creative and business development of the brand which will require a great deal of multi-tasking in having good strong design aesthetic/ graphic design skills supported by marketing and social media smartness.

What you’ll be doing during your time with us:

• Creative direction for artworks and creative assets as well  as researching and conceptualise ideas/ mood boards
• Proofread edit copy to market and engage on social media
• Creating, editing branding assets like posters, emblems etc
• Supporting the creation of a business from the ground up
• Managing social media and WordPress blog, still life photography, videos, creating simple graphic design for IG/ stories to support marketing efforts

If you have an excellent eye for photography, layout and typography backed by the smarts then you already have one foot in our door.
