· Attended employees' queries/requests.

· Provide support on recruitment & hiring process, e.g. job posting, CVs screening, interview co-ordination, contract management and pre-onboarding

· Support the team in new system implementation

· Update and maintain HRIS database

· Assist in projects or administrative task as assigned

What you will need:

· Undergraduates pursuing a diploma or degree in Business or Human Resource Management OR process-related certification, with a keen interest in HR.

· Advantageous if you have knowledge/skills in MS PowerApps and/or RPA

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Application, Power BI

· Competent analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills

· Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently, with limited supervision

· Preferably able to commit to a period of 3 to 6 months
