Sales Support (Multiple Location) (Entry Level) (JY)

• Sourcing & purchasing of material/ equipment
• Liaise with vendors and monitoring of purchase order schedule
• Use of Purchase system with Microsoft Navision
• Reconcile vendors’ DO with PO
• Perform other purchasing duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is required
• Computer knowledge of Microsoft words, Excel and Email
• Experience with Microsoft Navision would be an advantag but not necessary, otherwise willing to learn new software
• Good coordination and communication skills
