Responsibilities:

• Matching of suitable jobs for candidates and companies
• Assist in companies’ recruitment needs
• Source, identify and conduct screening of potential candidates based on clients' requirement
• Coordinate interview arrangement
• Conduct and document feedback/debrief with candidates and clients after interview

Requirements:

• Candidate possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources, Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
