Job Description

Job Scope 

  • Source suitable candidates for various positions by applying various recruitment sourcing methods such as headhunting, referrals, job advertisements, social medias, database and others 
  • Undertake the full recruitment process from pre-screening, shortlisting and selection of suitable candidates for client interviews. 
  • Provide recruitment services and conduct full recruitment cycle for our clients Assist client in arranging and scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates 
  • Manage both client and candidates' expectations such as salary negotiation, employment benefit packages, HR Matters and others. 
  • Explore creative methods to expand your candidate's database. 
  • Create and advertise jobs on different job portals and social media sites. 
  • Maintain relationship with existing clients and candidates and foster long term relationship
  • Exposure to candidate and stakeholder management Will be responsible from time to time to handle industrial cases and staff grievances 
  • Responsibility will cover contract outsourcing, ad hoc temporary assignment and to meet client requirements. 

Job Requirements 

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree and or hands on experience in a recruitment agency or a related HR practice. 
  • Experienced candidates without a formal diploma/degree are welcome to apply. 
  • #CEI Comprehensive non-FDW certification. Confident with fairly good communication skills 
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and able to think out of the box 
  • Passionate in meeting & communicating with people 
  • Willing to learn and grow to achieve better results
