Manage operations in all terminals during shift duty.
• Ensure adequate manpower and resources (lightweight transporters, communication equipment) are available at all terminals during shift duty.
• Prepare daily Deployment/Shift/Resource Reports for submission to all stakeholders during shift duty
• Ensure all operational KPIs and operations standards in all terminals are met/complied.
• Direct terminal(s)/vendor(s) during implementation of new projects/processes to meet client’s requirement.
• Conduct investigation on reported incident/accident, followed with implementing new processes and controls measures.
