Responsibilitites:
Plan & Execute all Web. SEO/SEM, Marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaign.
Build & maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify tends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize use experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Instrument conversation points and optimize user funnels
Collaborate with other vendor partners for roadshow, event and campaigns
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
2-3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing (Preferably in retails/agency)
Self-motivated with dynamic personality
Possess excellent written and spoken communication skills
Proficient in verbal and written presentation skills
Able to work on weekends and public if required
