IT Coordinator (Kaki Bukit)

* Liaising with Government agencies on deliveries matter

* Arranging delivery schedule for in-house drivers on daily basis

* Liaising with the Sales Dept & IT Dept closely on after-sales matters

* Maintain asset inventory and data records

* Liaising with clients for relocation and arranging with in-house driver team

* Preparing IT Engineers schedules for on-site to perform cryptographic erasure and verification before arranging driver to collect back the equipment from agency

* Preparation and submitting monthly reports for each tender

* Sending reminder emails in the interval of 3 months, 2 months and 1 month before the expiry dates to agencies to prepare and return the equipment before end-of-lease date

* Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager

* Handle incoming calls and email enquiries from corporate customers

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related studies

2. Good communication skills and able to work independently

3. Able to work in fast-paced environment

4. Customer oriented and able to liaise with different stakeholders

5. Enjoy interacting and communicating with people and maintaining a good rapport

6. Proficient in MS office

7. Able to start immediately would be preferred

Others:

5 Days work week from Mon to Fri 9AM to 6:30PM

Location: Kaki Bukit

Up to SGD$3,000 monthly salary
