Job Description

• To perform account receivables collection and issue resolution for mainly Mandarin speaking customers 
• To be able to do reconciliation of invoices with customers confidently during customer visits Past experience in handling difficult customers and negotiating payments due are essential 
• To assist customers with any billing queries and follow-up 
• To handle AR Master data related activities as required 

Job requirement

• Diploma in Accounting or any equivalent qualifications 
• At least 2-3 years' experience in account receivable collection with large number customers 
• Added advantage for those with experience in healthcare industry 
• Location of work would be HQ and Healthway Specialist clinic 
• Intermediate Excel Knowledge is essential 
• Experience in Navision is preferred but not a must
