Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, website, email)
• Create engaging content (copywriting, visuals, short-form videos) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Support clinic marketing initiatives, including promotions, events, and outreach programmes
• Monitor and report on campaign performance (e.g. engagement, reach, conversions)
• Assist in managing brand assets and ensuring consistency across all channels
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Strong interest in digital marketing and content creation
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut is a plus)
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Interest in healthcare/dental industry is an advantage
