Roxx Beauty is a Singapore-based cosmetics brand established in 2017, dedicated to creating high-quality beauty products designed for Asian skin tones and tropical climates. Our mission is to empower confidence through innovative, affordable, and inclusive beauty products.

As a growing beauty brand, we focus heavily on content creation, social media marketing, influencer collaborations, product launches, and e-commerce growth. We are looking for passionate and creative individuals who are excited to gain hands-on experience in the beauty industry.

Position

Beauty Marketing & Content Creation Intern

Location: Singapore (Hybrid/Flexible)

Duration: 3–6 Months

Allowance: $400-$550 (depending on experience and commitment)

Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

• Film behind-the-scenes content, product demonstrations, tutorials, and campaign videos.

• Assist with editing short-form videos, reels, and TikTok content.

• Brainstorm and contribute creative content ideas aligned with current trends.

Social Media Management

• Assist with content scheduling and posting.

• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.

• Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community management.

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Product Launches & Marketing

• Assist in planning and executing product launches and promotional campaigns.

• Support influencer outreach and collaboration efforts.

• Help prepare marketing materials, promotional content, and campaign assets.

• Research beauty trends and consumer insights.

E-Commerce Support

• Assist with updating product listings and online store content.

• Support website content updates and product photography coordination.

• Help monitor customer feedback and product reviews.

• Assist with inventory and marketing-related administrative tasks.

Photoshoots & Campaigns

• Assist during content shoots and campaign productions.

• Coordinate products, props, and shoot preparation.

• Capture behind-the-scenes content for marketing purposes.

• Support the team during brand events and promotional activities.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong interest in beauty, cosmetics, marketing, or content creation.

• Is active on Instagram, TikTok, and social media platforms.

• Has basic photo and video editing skills.

• Is familiar with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.

• Is creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.

• Has strong communication and organisational skills.

• Is willing to learn and take initiative.

No prior beauty industry experience is required. Passion, creativity, and a willingness to learn are most important.

Bonus Skills

• Experience creating content for social media.

• Photography or videography skills.

• Graphic design experience.

• Experience with Shopify, e-commerce platforms, or influencer marketing.

• Marketing, business, communications, or design background.
