Established in 2018, Roundboy Roasters is the love child of 3 friends from very different backgrounds who enjoy coffee intensely.

In our quest for great tasting coffee, we want to spread this love for coffee in the third wave form to the masses, bringing our favorite luxury to everyone. 

We are looking for bright eyed, foolish talents like us, who either love coffee so much that you want to take it beyond just drinking and making it or someone who wants to be part of coffee startup like ours and be working with experienced hands.

As the Business Development and Strategy Intern, you will be in-charge of our overall Business Development efforts in our potential foray into the Wholesales business. You will help us and provide key inputs on our strategy for our Beyond-1-Channel business phase. 

In this internship, this is the learning outcomes we want for you:

- To have a better understanding of the roasted coffee business, "Third Wave" Coffee business and a better appreciation of the various coffee making techniques

- To have a 'thicker' skin and build strong emotional intelligence competencies, you should be able to meet new people effortlessly and talk to them about business, coffee and getting them to buy you and buy us.

- To have a better understanding on the flexibility, the scale, the pace and the work style to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.
