The Services required are set out as follows:
a) Reception duties: Handle calls, walk-in enquiries, delivery, school mails, parcels dispatch.
b) Data entry.
c) Filing and sorting of documents.
d) Attending to pupils who are unwell.
e) Any other duties as assigned by School
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
1. Good communication and inter-personal skills
2. Good team player
3. Proficient in MS Office
4. Mature individual with a pleasant disposition
5. Good customer service skills
6. Preferably with experience working in a primary school
7. First aid knowledge will be an advantage
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2019 to 31 Dec 2019
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 5.30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
Fridays: 9.00am to 5.30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays unless requested by the school
