What you'll do:

1) Assist in planning and brainstorming ideas for event.

2) Assist in event preparation & execution for multiple events. (Conference, roadshow, seminar, dinner event and etc.)

3) Assist in events set up and to support on event day(s).

4) Involve in coordination works and sourcing for suppliers, talents and etc.

5) Assist in working for simple post event report.

6) To complete all other duties assigned by the supervisor on the given dateline.

What you have:

1) Fluency in spoken and written English

2) Resourcefulness and quick thinking skills. Willingness to give the best when a task is given.

3) Creativity for event ideas and gimmicks.

4) Flexibility to work during irregular hours (if required)
