At the same time, Rongsheng Petrochemical Singapore leverage on is physical flows to hedge Rongsheng Holding Group’s price risk.   The company also serve as a platform for Rongsheng Holding Group’s financing and foreign investment activities. 

Job Description

We are seeking for a highly motivated and independent individuals to join us as IT Executive in managing and overseeing all aspects of the Company’s Information Technology, including managing the IT infrastructure, network, developing and maintaining IT strategy, planning and budgeting, and providing professional IT technical / helpdesk support and guidance.

1. Formulate the Company’s overall IT resource planning that are appropriate/efficient for the company’s business operations.

2. Execute IT Plans and implement IT Projects based on the approved plans.

3. Ensure smooth running of daily operations for all IT related systems and processes.

4. Formulate Annual IT Budget based on software/hardware as required for business operations and IT Projects.

5. Communicate and coordinate effectively with all business units and related departments on business and IT systems procedures and processes and ensure efficiencies.

6. Manage, develop and execute IT Projects, including RFI (Request for Information) quotations, price negotiations with vendors, and proposals to management.

7. Responsible for collation, processing and evaluation of application improvement requirements and business process optimization requirements.

8. Manage and coordinate the development and implementation of IT projects with IT vendors and outsource company.

9. IT Vendor management - Negotiate quotations for hardware equipment on service agreements and ensure vendor deliver projects on time and with high quality.

10. Responsible for the maintenance and management of the company's network and computer infrastructure related equipment, IT risk mitigations, Virus detection, Continuous optimization, and maintenance of network system security;

11. Responsible for managing systems related projects and working with the relevant business teams to identify the needs of the business unit and ensure that the solutions delivered to the end users meet the business needs.

12. Review the performance of software applications and continuously optimize system processes.

13. Work with core business users to analyze information related event management logs and report event trends and solutions in a timely manner.

14. Perform all required system maintenance and updates.

15. Information security Management: Improve information system security measures and ensure the confidentiality of information systems and databases in assets.

16. Conduct and prepare annual "real-time simulation" tests to manage the disaster recovery process.

17. Provide consultation, training and provide related solutions to users on all IT related matters.

18. Attend to users on helpdesk support and / or any other IT related issues on a timely manner.


Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or equivalent

2. With related IT experience in oil and gas / energy industry will have an added advantage.

3. With at least 2 years and above of IT Operational / Project Management experience.

4. Bilingual in both English and Mandarin due to the requirements to liaise with HQ China frequently on IT and system related matters.

5. Good communications and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact professionally with all levels.

6. Highly driven and ability to attend to IT issues on a timely manner.
