Location: Tukang, Singapore
You'll be responsible for driving the sales of Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia products to Marine & Offshore customers across Asia and Asia-Pacific. This role involves implementing regional sales strategies, identifying market opportunities, supporting product launches, and collaborating closely with marketing and regulatory teams to expand market presence.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading sales of Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia products to Marine & Offshore customers across Asia and Asia-Pacific, while implementing regional sales strategies and identifying market trends.
- Managing new product launches and collaborating with Global Marketing on promotion concepts, seminars, conferences, and roadshows to increase market penetration.
- Monitoring and assessing regulatory impacts (especially cybersecurity) on marine propulsion, recommending next steps and supporting related research programmes with regulators and institutes.
- Supporting sales planning, forecasting, and data consolidation by coordinating with regional subsidiaries and distributors to ensure accurate and timely revenue and order data.
- Preparing management reports on sales targets and achievements, driving action plans based on Marine team feedback.
- Providing event support for maritime expos and marketing initiatives, and contributing to strategic initiatives like APAC growth plans and pricing strategies.
Who we’re looking for:
- University students with an Engineering/Business degree
- Mechanical Engineering and Business Development/Economics background
- Fluent in English language
- Proficient in MS Office
- A self-starter who takes initiative and appreciates teamwork
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail
- Must be able to work in Tukang (Jurong) office
