Our Founder – Mr Roland Tay, an authorized representative of AXA Life Insurance Singapore Private Limited, joined AXA since 1996. He has won numerous awards, from topping the advisers’ award to topping the managers’ award, and becoming AXA’s one and only Honorary Director.
Under his leadership and guidance, he has successfully groomed the most Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualifiers, Court of Table (COT) qualifiers, Top Advisers, Top Rookie Advisers and International Sales Convention Presidents in AXA.
Here at RTO, we are looking for candidates who are capable and have the strong desire to have a better career progression. If you are chosen to be part of our team, as a business development intern, you will be exposed to the activity of pursuing strategic opportunities for our organization, for example by cultivating partnerships or other commercial relationships, or identifying new markets for our products and services. A day to day role of a business development executive is as follows,
- Identify and analyze financial needs of prospective clients
- Provide reasonable basis of recommendations to meet their needs
- Customizing wealth solutions to meet their needs
- Provide high quality after-sales service to customers
- Provide periodic review of customers’ needs to maintain and develop relationship, hence providing more cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Manage and obtain referrals from customers
- Expected to maintain proper recording and documentation of the needs-based advisory process in accordance to regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum 21 years old
- Minimum ‘A’ Levels/ Diploma/ Degree
- Committed and self-driven with a positive mind-set
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- No Experienced Required
