Job Description for After Sales Support Trainee
Supporting in:
1. Generating numbers and transfer of data from email to CCA support database. (Both support and repair)
2. Generating monthly data from Repair and Support database.
3. Generating other data from SAP & Database for analysis for QM, Procurement, etc. (Adhoc)
4. Fill 3rd party supplier forms – RMA form for repair, SRO(Service Request Order form)
5. Fill other forms – RSCT handover form, Shipment request forms to SCM, SRO forms to Buyers
6. Updating extended warranty in SAP.
7. Other admin work – eg. Data migration.
