Job Description
1) Supply Planning: suport source planner on procurement-to-pay process, and hands on experience on SAP module
2) Data analytics & reporting: including analysis on supplier, purchase, customer
3) Master Data maintenance
4) Supply Chain Project analysis: participate in adhoc projects such as bottleneck management
5) Problem Solving skills: be meticulous with numbers, and have a systematic way of tracking and prioritizing tasks, to have business acumen when interpreting and presenting the data
6) Power BI analysis and development
Qualifications
- Able to commit for 6 months
- Undergraduate studies in Supply Chain Management or related fields of studies
- Experience in Project Management would be an advantage
- Efficient in MS Office & MS PowerBI, advanced in MS Excel (mandatory)
- Exposure on SAP system is a plus
- Knowledge of Supply Chain planning processes - PO/SO
- Good communication skills
- Meticulous, customer centric, result oriented
Eligibility
- Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies
- For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time internship during the school term:
- You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.
- You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
- The internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by your university or educational institution. The industrial attachment can be either compulsory or elective but it must contribute towards your graduation requirements.
