  • Supporting the sales team with customer enquiries, administrative matters, and daily sales operations
  • Participating in sales data collection, collation, and analysis
  • Involved in a diverse range of projects with different stakeholders to support and drive sales
  • Involved in pricing management
  • Create and manage analytics reports for KPI reporting (Monthly Customer Reports, Quality Reports)
  • Analyze data and draw meaningful insights to further improve sales and processes.
  • Formulation and preparation of management presentation
  • Coordinating with the warehouse for Orders Fulfillment Process
  • Collaborating with cross departments in planning and monitoring social media contents and campaign ideas
  • Assisting in planning and hosting of marketing events
  • Archiving and designing marketing materials
  • Other administrative tasks on ad-hoc basis

 

Qualifications

 

  • Able to work full time for a period of 6 months; early June
  • Positive & pro-active work ethic, must be a self-starter
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is a must
  • Knowledge of Power BI, SAP, would be useful
  • Have past experience in creating reports and comfortable with data-handling
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to speak and communicate in fluent English
  • Able to multi-task and work independently with high level of responsibility to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Able to work in a multinational and cultural diversified environment
  • Undergraduate Studies: Business, Marketing, Engineering.

  • The internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by your university or educational institution. The industrial attachment can be either compulsory or elective but it must contribute towards your graduation requirements.
