Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Statistical analysis and reporting

  • Market research focused on Urban Mobility in Singapore and AE technologies
  • Creation of presentations for strategic decision making

2. Project management

  • Independent project work:
  • Collection of information/data from the respective business divisions
    and partners
  • Creation of project reports and status analysis
  • Arrange meetings with business partners
  • Conduct internet and market research
  • Project support:
  • Support project manager in creating documents for strategic decision making
  • Organization and coordination of project meetings
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations

3. Event Management

  • Support on the organization of Media and customer events and meetings
  • Handling of PR agency and Events organizer

4. Independent handling of routine and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

  • Student enrolled in university studies
  • Excellent writing skills, proficient in MS-Office
  • Strong analytical & communication skills and interpersonal competence
  • Meticulous, flexible and proactive work ethic

Eligibility

  • Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies
  • For    foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must    fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time   internship  during the school term:
    • You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.
    • You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
    • The    internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by    your university or educational institution. The industrial  attachment    can be either compulsory or elective but it must  contribute towards    your graduation requirements.

  • For foreign students studying overseas, you must be eligible for the Work Holiday Programme (WHP)

    • University recognized by the government of the respective countries)
