Job Description

Are you passionate about helping singles to find their special someone? Or are you known for being a chatterbox, always rambling on and on like a broken recorder or even giving dating advice to your friends on their love lives. You are the one that we are looking for!

Applicants should possess a passion in assisting and transforming the lives of singles. We welcome you to join our team if you have upbeat, professional and energetic phone skills and have the ability to deliver professional advice with value added services for singles from all walks of lives.

The successful applicants will be committed in making warm phone calls, inviting singles down to our office for a complimentary profiling session and arranging dates for them.

Responsibilities:

  • To make calls to potential clients inviting them to join our dating services
  • Attending and following up with Members' enquires via phone or email
  • Introduction of matches to members
  • Arrangement of dates and getting feedbacks after meeting up
  • Any other client servicing related tasks

Requirements:

  • Presentable with a positive attitude
  • Show initiative and ability to multi task and work under pressure
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill that is applicable for phone conversations and client facing.
  • Comfortable with using computer and technology
