Job Description
PROJECTS
- FCM Regional Cost Savings Project
- Assist in defining a framework for facility-related costs within the region.
- Critically assess the comparability and transparency of data collected.
- Data collection, consolidation and analysis.
- Thorough analysis of cost and other relevant data, to highlight any cost saving opportunities.
- GS Trust / MARS / ASEAN Training Coordination Support
- Planning/ coordination of workshop for TH transition for TRUST
- Data collection from participants
- Facility booking from rooms to workshop materials with TH counterpart
- Assist in Project MARS for ID and PH
- Assist in FCA training demand coordination
- Thorough analysis of cost and other relevant data, to highlight any cost saving opportunities.
BUSINESS DIVISION CONTROLLING
- Monthly sales reporting
- Consolidation and analysis of regional sales data
- Preparation of monthly sales report
REGIONAL OFFICE DEPARTMENTS
- Assist controllers for continuous report improvement
Qualifications
- Able to commit 6 months to 1 year (full time basis)
- Undergraduate studies in Accountancy, Finance and/ or related courses
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to work meticulously, independent with a keen eye for details
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work with team members across APAC region
