Job Description
- Support the Management and Operation of the Regional Data Center Singapore
- Physical management of Devices, cabling and IT Infrastructure
- Access Control (CI/OS BUR-09, WorkOn or equivalent)
- Conducting Self Checks
- Support of audits (C/AU, CI/DSO, external Audits etc.)
- Capacity Planning
- Participation in projects eg. Planning of new IT-Rooms
- Participate in Asia Pacific Wide development topics and improvement activities
- Support all IT Infrastructure teams in their projects and physical rollout activities
- Work with a diverse team of Consultants and Engineers on AP wide topics.
Qualifications
Highly motivated, target oriented and able to work independently
- Working flexibility
- Experience in intercultural communication and cooperation
- Work and contribute effectively in an international team
- Electric/Electronic related engineering or equivalent
- Know-how in ITIL-Processes Incident- Problem- Change- and Asset Management
- Ability to do basic physical work (lifting, cabling, etc.)
Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies
For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time internship during the school term:
You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.
You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
The internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by your university or educational institution. The industrial attachment can be either compulsory or elective but it must contribute towards your graduation requirements.
