You will:
- Identify, encourage, initiate and monitor all re-engineering activities to improve efficiencies and/or reduce expenses
- Liaising with and supporting where applicable to ensure effective project delivery
- Work and co-ordinate with various departments to ensure processes are clearly defined
- Formulating new system enhancements for appointed departments
- Monitoring and tracking on service levels and performance of the assigned departments
- Data analysis and collation and maintenance of various data sets/ metrics
You should:
- Have great communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to think proactively and plan ahead
- Able to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
- Have basic computer skills. Must have a strong work ethic
