Job Description
Onboarding Executive-
- Assist sales team to generate, prepare, vet documents required for company incorporation with ACRA as well as various service agreements with the clients.
- Responsible for filing new company incorporation with ACRA and ensuring proper filing of constitutional documents internally.
- Maintaining internal records of all new incorporation.
- Liaison with clients when necessary on documentations.
- Assisting Head of BD with tracking and analyzing of client business profiles and other analytical works.
- Assisting Head of BD in organizing internal team meetings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. PowerPoint will be a bonus.
