Delivery Assistant

• Full-Time Delivery Assistant: Basic $1400 per month

【Job Description】

• To be in charge of all documentation aspects of deliveries/collections.
• To ensure 100% checking of all cargo loaded onto a truck
• To be responsible for reporting of all delivery and collection status to the controller
• Responsible for all loading and unloading of cargoes
• Assist the driver in the maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle

【Job Description】

• Sorting of cargo/goods by shipment destination
• Be accountable for the cargo/goods movement within the warehouse
• To ensure all inbound cargo/goods, together with supporting documents are thoroughly checked upon receiving
• To ensure the receiver acknowledges all outbound cargo (through proper documentation) in good condition

• To execute daily operations in accordance to the processes and procedures established
• To report any service-related issues, escalations or failures to the supervisor
