Performing small but important tasks in the office. On set duties include but not limited to acting as a courier, helping to keep the studio clean and tidy. Printing and distributing call sheets be in studio or on location. Assist with simple equipment set up and logging shots. Data entry, arranging meals during filming, arrange for transportation and/or reservations, photocopying, general office administration and taking minutes of meetings. research and source for samples on trending videos & event ideas used in social media. To assist in event site recee/inspection. Contact vendors/agencies.
Must have basic knowledge in either one of the following : Photoshop, illustrator, video editing.
