Responsibilities:

• Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives 
• Co-ordinate the development of event creative materials
• Provide event logistics support and coordination for the planning and execution of events
• Assist in preparation of proposals; presenting; managing work in progress meetings and close monitoring of time line.
• You will be tasked to handle multiple projects and work within tight schedules

Requirements: 

• - Strong interest in event and project management
• - Provide event logistics support and coordination for planning and execution of events
• - Team player and able to support team members in event preparation such as event proposals and research work 
• - Ability to multi-task and work within tight schedules
• - Willingness to travel
