Rhapsody Concept Pte Ltd – Registration Executive – Intern

As a Registration Support Intern, you’ll:

• Assist in managing participant registration forms and data entry
• Communicate with clients and attendees via email or phone to resolve queries
• Help prepare registration confirmation emails and reminders
• Support with tracking of payments and refunds (training provided)
• Provide on-site registration assistance during live events (as needed)
• Maintain accurate registration records in Google Sheets or Excel

 Who We’re Looking For:

• Current student or fresh graduate in:

• Business Admin
• Event Management
• Hospitality
• Mass Communication
• Or other relevant fields
• Familiar with MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Clear and confident communicator (spoken and written)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
• Able to commit at least 3 months
