Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implementation of the social media and digital / web strategy via multiple platforms ranging from Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, google and other online communications by generating, planning and executing digital content to drive campaigns, engagement and create awareness
  • Manage in-studio marketing and visual merchandising
  • Research on current trends in social media and proactively recommend digital media opportunities
  • Create effective and compelling storytelling content using video, print, and digital mediums
  • Align content creation and execution with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Track, analyze, and report on content and campaign performance to improve tactics and business results
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best digital marketing; make recommendations to improve current programs and processes.
  • Keep up to date with competitor intelligence (digital presence and activity, promos, etc.)

Requirements

  • Preferably a Degree in Communications or Marketing (degree or major)
  • At least 2 to 3 years’ of hands-on social media and digital marketing experience
  • Excellent English language verbal and written skills
  • Excellent technical skills and expertise with social media technologies
  • Copywriting experience is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in graphic design applications such as Adobe / Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign
  • Efficient in coordinating and meeting tight deadlines
