Revolution is Singapore's newest Indoor Cycling / Spin studio located in the Singapore CBD, Orchard and Tanjong Pagar. We are a passionate team with a great entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to roll up our sleeves and get the work done.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research, develop quantitative analyses, and process information to provide recommendations to management
• Work with management to plan and delivery key strategic projects
• Develop a detailed understanding of our competition
• Conduct industry market analysis
• Review communication with stakeholders and incorporate feedback into initiatives
• Assist in building business cases in support of key decisions
• Diagnose issues, prioritize and escalate to management when needed
• Recognize potential risks, and areas for improvement and develop plans to implement

Requirements:

• An undergraduate degree or current student in business management, marketing or finance discipline
• Ability to conduct rigorous analysis (both quantitative and qualitative)
• Strong communication skills; ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly
• Ability to multitask, and create solutions to problems quickly
• Ability to perform in a fast-moving environment driven by results
• A strong interest in fitness and the fitness industry
