Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research, develop quantitative analyses, and process information to provide recommendations to management
- Work with management to plan and delivery key strategic projects
- Develop a detailed understanding of our competition
- Conduct industry market analysis
- Review communication with stakeholders and incorporate feedback into initiatives
- Assist in building business cases in support of key decisions
- Diagnose issues, prioritize and escalate to management when needed
- Recognize potential risks, and areas for improvement and develop plans to implement
Requirements:
- An undergraduate degree or current student in business management, marketing or finance discipline
- Ability to conduct rigorous analysis (both quantitative and qualitative)
- Strong communication skills; ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly
- Ability to multitask, and create solutions to problems quickly
- Ability to perform in a fast-moving environment driven by results
- A strong interest in fitness and the fitness industry
