Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Full set of accounts, including timely month-end closing of preparation of management reports
  • Assist in statutory filings
  • Coordinate, develop, maintain and update written policies and procedures over the financial reporting process and financial controls
  • Handle administrative work and other ad-hoc duties assigned

Skills & Requirements

  • Able to work in a dog-friendly environment
  • Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma/ Degree in Accounting
  • Knowledge and proficiency in accounting technology software and Microsoft Office suite. Fluent in Excel will be a plus!
  • Knowledge of existing, local accounting legislation, policies and standard accounting procedures
  • The ability to multitask
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Meticulousness in paperwork management and processing
  • There will be communication with China's clients. Proficiency in Chinese is a must.
