1Source and procure items required
2Work and coordinate closely with site, vendors, PM, QS and other related functions in sourcing/procuring required items3Do competitive Bidding when required for new purchases to ensure cost competitiveness without sacrificing quality4Create PO and PI using MYOB and maintain records/file in the system
5Request for System PO and send PI to Procurement - Site for Direct orders
6Maintain and update purchases in Trackvia
7Monitor the purchase orders and ship items according to the required dates
8Arrange and coordinate closely the shipment request with the Logistic team/appointed forwarders9Build and establish rapport with Suppliers for service & quality improvement
10Conduct supplier review, develop strategy for improvement
11Attend, liaise and close any quality related issues with the vendors and site
12Create standard work process related to job function to ensure sustainability and efficiency
13Other ad-hoc jobs related to sourcing & procurement.
