- Attend to sales enquiries, quotations and responding to customer enquiries
- Prepare proposal, quotation & add on form for customers
- Check on new ETI or TI and submit to Customer Support for processing
- Raise credit note, debit note, get signatory and approval and submit to billing department for processing
- Issue of Warrant Certificates
- Update sales lead and retrieve of services docket
- Recording & prepare report on Sales Lead, Sales Statistics Report, KPI Reports, Sales Commission Report
- Other Ad-hoc duties & Sales Related support
