Essential responsibilities include:
Support Technical and Business Development Team in the following areas:
•Handling simple client inquiries (phone, email, online requests)
•Communicate technical issues and business inquiries to Technical and Business Development Team for follow-up
•Administrative operation and data entry
•Technical support (from both office and remotely)
•Logistic support (deliver documents, IT equipment, etc.)
Requirements:
•Good communication skills
•Ability to function as an individual contributor and/or a member of a team
•Able to multitask
•Good knowledge of IT is a plus
