Job Description

Join Our Growing Team at RENOVAX PTE LTD!

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Administrative & Business Operations Intern to support our daily business activities. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience in office administration, customer service, business operations, marketing, and project coordination within a growing Singapore SME.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.

• Perform data entry, filing, and document management.

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.

• Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating daily business operations.

• Support social media content creation and basic marketing activities.

• Assist with company training initiatives, technology projects, and business development activities.

• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and project teams.

• Perform general administrative and operational duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an ITE, Polytechnic, or University programme.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, organised, and willing to learn.

• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• No prior working experience is required. Training will be provided.
