Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure adherence to Subway standards
- Ensure excellent delivery of customer service and upkeep of food quality standards
- Create a fun and motivating environment for staff to work in
- Training and development of service staff
- Upkeep cleanliness of outlet
- Administrative duties
Requirements:
Minimum Ó'levels with at least 1 year of F&B experience
Self-motivated, people oriented and a team player
Adaptable and enjoy working in a fast pace environment
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
