Job Description

Job Description 

  • Reporting and direct supervision from Building Supervisor on the below mentioned works; 
    • Perform general painting works for the hotel and its premise
    • Provide basic repairs of electrical, mechanical and engineering works, plumbing and all other auxiliary services of the organisation and its premise
    • Ensure the general working condition of the building equipment and facilities
    • Perform periodic checks and regular tests on building equipment and services
    • Ensure general cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas and Maintenance Office
    • Report any suspicious or hazardous concerns to the Building Supervisor
    • Attend daily briefings and stay updated on all departmental communications
  • Comply with regulatory and organisational Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices
  • Report accidents, near misses and incidents in accordance with WSH reporting practices
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental Management Systems (EMS) standards and practices
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental Sustainability regulatory and organisational requirements
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to improve time, cost and quality management
  • Assist in all official events and functions of the organisation
  • Any other duties as assigned



Job Responsibilities 

  • Secondary education and undergoing NITEC, diploma or degree courses
  • Matured, proactive with positive mindset
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Basic written and spoken English
  • Guest-centric with passion to serve
  • Ability to perform independently and as a team
  • Able to commit to rotating shifts, including public holidays and weekends
