Job Description

RegTank internship opportunities will provide a hands-on view of a rapidly evolving, incredibly challenging marketplace of ideas, products and services. You'll work side by side with some of the smartest people in the business on assignments that matter. Within the Singapore team, you are expose to diverse and exciting aspects of law and compliance regulations.

Responsibility

  • Drafting, reviewing and possibly negotiating a range of basic contracts, that may include partnership agreements, sales and technology agreements with supervision;
  • Supporting the development of Group-wide legal compliance programmes, policies, procedures and guidelines;
  • Conduct business research and draft memorandums;
  • Supporting with general administrative and operational matters for the shareholders.

Requirement

 

  • Current Undergraduate studying for a recognized law degree.
  • Good understanding of legal principles.
  • Strong knowledge in writing skills and good communication skills.
