Job Description
Play a key role in developing an entrepreneurial & proactive culture!
Community Engagement
- Provide excellent customer service to clients' queries via online and offline communication channels
- Demonstrate strong knowledge on Refash's selling process
Core Operations
- Master the processing , quoting and maximizing the value of sellers' items for offline sales
- Take charge of end-to-end fulfillment of online sales process
- Provide general administrative support to the department
- Other relevant ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Min. 2 months commitments
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, being data-driven is a plus
- Enthusiastic about startups and omni-channel marketplaces
