Working hours: 9am – 6pm
Working days: Monday – Friday
Location: Near Tanjong Pagar MRT
Allowance: $900 - $1200
What you will be doing:
- Key in data to accounting software
- To handle phones calls and enquiries
- Manage external vendors and office supplies
- Handle administrative work
- Manage Account Receivables, Account Payable, sales & receipts and reconcile bank statements with the guidance of Accountant
- In-charge of petty cash
- Generate payment vouchers and issue cheques
- Perform other responsibilities and task as assigned
Requirements:
- Business Studies in Accounting, ACCI etc.
- Knowledge of accounting
- PC literate, proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good data entry
- Meticulous, detailed and accuracy
- Able to commit for 4 months at least (we hope to convert you to full-time staff upon good performance!)
