HR Intern (4 Months)
Key responsibility is to assist in the recruitment process:
- Arrange interviews - liaise with candidates & hiring managers, book interview rooms & schedule Skype interviews etc. Collect relevant supporting documents from the candidates.
- Receive candidates, escort them to the interview room and show candidates out after the interview.
- Update Recruitment Status Listing promptly & regularly.
- Prepare/print documents for new hires orientation program and assist in the orientation program.
- Update staff absence chart.
- Organise adhoc staff welfare activities.
- Current undergraduates specialising in HR are preferred. Fresh school leavers awaiting university entrance are also welcome apply.
- Only candidates who are eligible to work in Singapore will be considered.
Skills Required: Good communications skills, IT savy, good scheduling skills, good spoken/written English & conversational Mandarin
